This is volume has several pages missing. Missing title page, page 1/2, 93/4, 159/60, 175/8, 267/8, and page 587 to end of vol. Page 291/2 missing portion at bottom. Boards cracked. Missing... This volume is best used as a source for three maps, the eight color plates, and the numerous other full page photographs. Some of the inset photographs and drawings are also of interest.
