A few light creases to bottom corner of front cover. Some light soil to front cover and bottom edge of text block. Small 5 mm stain to fore-edge. Signed by O'Neill with large cartoon inscribed "Mary's book / Just hers" on verso of front cover and adjacent page. Interior otherwise clean and unmarked. Binding sound with no creases or cracks. .
