There is a small remainder dot on the bottom edge of the text block. The blue covers are fresh, with just a bit of wear at edges and corners. The gilt spine lettering is still bright. The dust jacket is price-clipped, with light edgewear but no rips or paper loss. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: "Being the eldest of eight children is a great trial to Fanny, who is not cut out to be a demure Victorian miss, and her love of excitement and adventure leads her into all sorts of trouble, usually with hilarious results."
