1896. FALMOUTH, MASSACHUSETTS. FALMOUTH BY THE SEA: The Naples of America. (Falmouth): Th Board of Trade and Industry, 1896. Small 4to., gilt decorated blue cloth, bevelled edges, photo illustrations. Slight rubbing and touch of soil, with light wear to extremes; lightly skewed and shaken, foxing to edges. Hinges tender, light occasional foxing; four leaves bear a 1/2" tear to the bottom edge. About very good, overall.
