Folio, bound in original vellum; Latin text only; fair (vellum warped, rippled, stained, and soiled; boards bowed; chips and tears to bottom edge of front board; bottom corner of rear board chipped and very heavily worn; water ring on rear board; two strips of clear tape on front board at spine, three strips on rear board at spine; prev. owner wrote author and title on spine in ink; second inked title almost completely faded from spine; inch-deep chip to top of spine which takes out part of 'Ciceronis'; chip to spine repaired with small piece of tan leather; two tears to middle of spine; chip to edge of spine along front board; spine soiled and stained; pages rippled and somewhat foxed; waterstains to top and side edges of pages throughout; pencil writing on front pastedown and verso of ffep; inked notes in Latin on first blank page after text; broken at very first page and at pp224-5); 233pp.
