Methuen, London, 1910, pp. xiv, 316 plus adverts, frontis, 6 plates and a map. Original cloth binding with damp fading to the covers, rear free endpaper neatly removed, very slight fraying to fore-edge of title page in a couple of places, but still a very sound, tight copy.
