Name of previous owner, museum curator Barton Wright, is stamped on cover twice and once on inside of front wrapper. Paginated from 297 to 344. Includes one plate with a J. K. Hillers photo of Taos Pueblo on one side and a diagram of the political structure of Taos on the other. This paper offers an analysis of the political factions of Taos Pueblo, detailing the "crisis" that occurred in 1949 and its aftermath. ; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall .
