Condition: Fair to good, covers have general shelfwear with sunning to spine. Front inner joint beginning to crack but holding firmly. Light foxing to endpapers. Occasional light foxing within book. The title page has the date 1925 written in ink under the publishers' details. 266pp. 20 b/w photographic plates plus frontispiece. This book is a companion volume to the authors previous book entitled "Far Eastern Jaunts". The book consists of a series of stories based in or around Peking which illustrate a lighter side to Chinese society..
