Blue wrappers with a white calligraphy design with the title and author names in red. Contents and collation are identical to the original. Published in a run of approximately 1,000 copies priced at $1.50. A little rubbing to the front panel, creasing to the spine, and a chip to the bottom right corner of the front cover. Very good. Signed by WSB on the title page. Uncommon. Ref: Maynard and Miles.
