About This Item
William Tegg & Co. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket as Issued. A tightly bound copy in very good condition. Previous owner's name on front endpaper; private collector's label on inside front cover; some lightly pencilled notes on inside back cover. Hinges intact. In dark cloth boards with blind stamped decoration on front and back. The boards are faded at the edges but hardly bumped or worn. The same goes for the faded spine which is not apparently rubbed at either head or foot or on the edges. The gilt titles on the spine remain quite bright. No date, but almost certainly 1827.
