All loosely inserted in a blue cloth folder in a slipcase. Very good to near fine. § Copy #33 of 149 copies thus; a few were issued in a quarter morocco binding. Bentley, Monochrome reproduction of copy H with ancillary material (see Bentley). Essick contributed a bibliographical introduction. BBS, pp.69-70.
