The glassine printed dustjacket is unclipped and shows original $22.95 price with no chips, creases or tears. Protected in mylar. Born LeRoi Jones in New Jersey in 1934, Baraka was a poet, playwright, writer, and activist who became a seminal figure in the Beat movement of the 1950's. After the assassination of Malcom X in 1965, he recommitted his life to the African American community. This book is a collection of Eulogies given by Amiri Baraka through the years.
