Presentation inscription by the author on front free endpaper, "When Eugene Field died the eyes of babyhood were wet with sympathetic tears. He was the children's champion-the Homer of childhood. Francis Wilson." Additionally signed on the 1/2-title. Light rubbing to extremities, frontis. foxed, else very good.
