Preserved in a removable jacket protector. Overall jacket condition is Very Good. Book: Black cloth binding. Slight damp marking to lower edges of boards. A few light marks to boards. Light water stain to lower corner of page block and to corner of front free endpaper. Slight rubbing to lower corner of half title page. Very clean text throughout. Inscribed and signed by the author to verso of front free endpaper: 'To Graham, Best wishes, Terence Conran, Melbourne 94'. He has also added a doodle of the Habitat logo of a heart within a house. A rare signed volume from Conran. . Overall book condition is Very Good Minus. Please Note: This is a heavy item and international postage will be more than the standard rate.
