Bell'esemplare, senza bruniture e in legatura coeva, della traduzione inglese. Il trattato di Beccaria fu tradotto in inglese nel 1767 e fin da subito ebbe un profondo impatto sia su Blackstone che su Bentham (v. Bernard E. Harcourt).
