About This Item

London: Macmillan London, 1987. First edition. Cloth. Near Fine/Very Good Indeed. 9" by 5.5". None. The first edition of this fictional novel following a bass guitar player's rise to fame, in the original dust wrapper. The first edition. In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. This novel was written by Iain Banks, a Scottish fiction author. This work tells the story of Dan Weir, a bass guitar player in a rock band, and his rise to fame and the struggles that come with it. In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely with minor shelf wear. The wrap is very smart with edge wear, a very small closed tear to the head of the spine and a one inch closed tear to the head of the joint to the front flyleaf, sunning to the spine and the odd very slight mark. Internally firmly bound with clean and age toned pages. Near Fine
