Westmead, UK: Gregg International Publishers, 1971. Reprint. Fine (as new) copy.. Pp. iv, 216, frontis portrait, 1 woodcut plate. Publisher's forest green cloth, gilt-lettered on the spine, sm 8vo. This is the only reprint of the rare 1879 first English edition published by John Murray in London. This work was first published in a journal format in Germany in February 1879. It presents a biography of the life of Erasmus Darwin.
