First edition thus and limited to 450 copies. Unpaged. [vi, 48p]. Illustrated by George Wharton Edwards, all rectos being full-page drawings in Art Nouveau style, with the text on the versos within large illustrated frames. Title page printed in black and orange. Bound in the publisher's teal cloth, the upper cover in overall gilt designs of fountains, birds, flowers and trailing vines. In our opinion, surely George Wharton Edwards' finest designs.
