London: Edward Moxon. VG. 1865. Early Edition. Leather. 1865 edition bound in dark green leather with gilt stamped borders and initials on the front board. Spine with five raised bands, stamped in gilt. Marbled endpapers, all edges gilt (aeg), Small 12mo size, 178 p p. A VG copy, leather rubbed at the corners and the spine seams. One t iny rub mark on the front board else bright and clean. Owner's bookpla te on front pastedown. Front flyleaf and the title page are starting t o pull loose from the sewing. Still attached but a little fragile. Fro nt fly also has a small 1cm piece chipped away the top edge. .
