Head of spine sunned where jacket is chipped. Top-edge coloured red. Dust jacket with ½" chip at head, price clipped; the front flap of the jacket was once pasted to the front pastedown, jacket flap tattered, paper transfer to front pastedown. Dust jacket appearance greatly improved by mylar. Faint erasure to ffep. Catalogue grid pasted to rear pastedown. Eaton's stamps to EPs. Internally free of marginalia, underlining, or any other such blemishes. Illustrated with 24 collotype plates and 8 head-and-tail pieces. From the Library of English Art series, edited by C. M.
