London: Crosby Lockwood and son, 1890. Fifth edition, much enlarged (hardback). 12mo (19cm by 13cm), 209pp. Text illustrations. Original green cloth, gilt titling to front board and spine. This is only a fair copy, as there is paraffin staining to the first few pages and the last few pages, and some waterstaining of the binding.
