Illustrated throughout with line drawings in black and white, and black-and-white photographs, (2000 illustrations), with the range of photographs being from the earliest museum pieces, to products of today's and tomorrow's noteworthy designers. Arranged alphabetically in a double column format and including a special furniture bibliography for reference. This book seldom surfaces because antiquarian, antique and second-hand dealers use it as a reference book for European and English and American furniture styles. This is the first UK edition.
