About This Item
Devon, England: The Supreme Magic Company, 1968. 316 pages. Signed by the author Ian Adair. Detailed drawings of the apparatus needed for these effects with doves (both real and fake doves), and a few photos. Book begins with the care and feeding of your doves, and goes onto the effects: doves from silks, from boxes, up the lamp post, dove-silk-balloon, in hat, and many more elaborate ideas. A nice tight copy. Cover is a bit warped outwards; color rubbing, mostly on front, a small area on rear. Toning to endpapers (vertical ripple on rear endpaper); a couple tiny spots on fore edge. Still a decent copy with clean tight interior!. SIGNED. First Edition. Hard Cover. Collectible- Good+/No Dust Jacket, as Issued. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Book.
