Laden with b&w and color photographs with female nudes in all settings. Fold-out color centerfold. Color photo wraps, with front cover photo reprinted on back cover. With no detracting qualities whatsoever. A classic "cheesecake" magazine that deigns to bring respectability to nude art studies, elevating its photographers to the lofty realm of "artists" and their work from smut to "art." Absence of advertising bolsters the periodical's intent. Photographs feature female nudes in all settings, in wholesome depictions. When first published the magazine included nudes represented in all media, including prints, drawings, caricature and fine painting. Eventually all but photography were dropped, as in this issue. This number features a portfolio of nudes by Ralph Hampton. "Photographer's Handbook" article by John Lester. Bookseller inventory B10195X13J.

Kelley's Map of 1860) and a facsimile of the proclamation act to provide temporary government for the Territory of Arizona, all neatly stored in rear pocket. Bound in full, blue cloth with gilt-stamped lettering on spine. A bright, mostly unopened copy in attractive condition. First published in two parts in Arizona and the West. Dust jacket now enclosed in removable, clear archival sleeve.

Mylar cover on DJ, taped down. Covers slightly bowed. Back pocket with 2 maps: Mowry's Map of Proposed Territory and Robert P. Kelley's Map of Arizona as well as "Act Creating Territory of Arizona". Documents in pocket appear to be in excellent condition, however since the dj is held in place with taped down flaps, we didn't want to remove tape to inspect.. Signed and Inscribed By Author.
