About This Item

1800 FAMOUS 1ed Fabroni on DANTE Poliziano Ariosto & Tasso Italian Poetry RARE

Angelo Fabroni was an 18th-century Italian historian who is remembered for his praise of famous Italian authors. In his book 'Elogi di Dante, Poliziano, Ariosto, e Tasso', Fabroni provides an essay on each of the four literary giants. This works has proved to be an important biographical study on the poetry of ancient and medieval Italian poetry. Curiously, this book is exceedingly rare and valuable and is not known to many Italian poetry bibliographies.
