Rand McNally, 1965-01-01. Unknown Binding. Good. Rand McNally, Tip Top Elf Book #873. [Published date: 1965]. Hard cover.[20] pp (unpaginated). In good condition. Small (6.5 X 8") illustrated paper over boards. Light soiling on front cover near the spine and light overall scuffing to covers as well with a bit of the color rubbed off along edges and corner tips. 29 cent price on cover. Binding tight. Pages lightly browned with age, but otherwise clean and unmarked, with a few very small tears along the bottom edge of a few pages. NOT Ex-library. NO remainder marks. Wonderful illustrations by Cooper.
