Bound in navy (Or possibly black) cloth over thin boards with gilt lettering on front cover and spine. Illustrated with ten full page photo plates, some 44 in-text illustrations, one fold-out (About 10 by 9 inches). In addition to the naval weaponry of all types from the small machine guns to the huge ship guns there is a section 'Including Close-Order Infantry (With 1918 Drill Regulations)'. Scarce book and exceedingly scarce in the original double dust wrapper (Glassine over printed paper--two separate dust wrappers). Book is lightly chipped at bottom front corner and spine bottom; light edge and tips wear; previous owner notation on FFEP. The original paper dust wrapper is edge worn, mostly along the top edge (Dust wrapper is slightly larger than the book) and lightly chipped (No loss of any printing). The glassine cover dust wrapper chipped at center of spine, at top and bottom, along flap folds.
