Owner inscription ( a druggist from Macclesfield c1810 ) at both free endpapers and title page. Contents soiled and lightly foxed. Upper right hand corner of page 417 torn with loss of text. Presentable, tight and sound copy with a neat reback and red morocco label. Xv + 805 pages, 6 engraved plates and several tables ( correct ).
