Generally attributed to Robert Dodsley; the Dictionary of National Biography attributes Part I to Philip Dormer Stanhope, Earl of Chesterfield, and Part II to John Hill. In Very Good- Condition: rubbed with paper loss at corners; remains of a paper label at tail of spine; light browning and faint foxing; otherwise, clean and tight.
