Softcover with photographic cover. 4° First Edition. Issue of " Du " dedicated to Bruce Davidson's classic photo essay documenting East 100th Street in New York City. This was the first published appearance of the essay and predates the book by at least one year. All photos are reproduced in gorgeous gravure (which the book is not) and in a larger format than the book. Additionally included are some large gatefold foldouts, none of which appear in the book. Text in German by Claes Oldenburg, Urs Widmer, Henri Paucker. CONDITION: Very Good Plus (VG+); a solid, tight, clean copy with a 1-inch closed tear along front joint/spine, a small closed tear to upper right corner, toning along spine and rear joint, and 3 light blue ball point pen marks to lower rear cover (interior images clean and bright).
