Hardcover. Gilt tooled green cloth with title, deco and Lincoln profile on front cover, embossed Lincoln profile and signature in gilt on cover. Cover has white discolorations, rubbing, and some dark spots. Spine is darkened. Corners slightly bumped and worn. Frontpiece portrait page starting to pull out and has small vertical tear on top edge. Otherwise tight, square with clean pages. Writing in pencil on endpaper. With 160 illustrations including 20 portraits of Lincoln. Octavo - 6 3/4" x 9 5/8".240 pp, endpapers.
