One of the many histories of a Texas county with much on the Texas revolution and the Republic, Indian depredations, German and Czech settlements and citizens, etc. Small ink page notations on front pastedown sheet, former owner's name and date on front and rear fly leaves, a bit of underlining and notation to a few pages, else a very good, tight copy
