Jonathan Cape, 1922. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1922. Fourth Impression. 254 pages. No dust jacket. Brown paper covered boards with red cloth to spine. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Front free endpaper has been removed. Faint brown marking to a few pages, text is not affected. Previous owner's inscription to rear free endpaper. Light scuffing to text-block edges. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Soft crushing to spine ends. Scuffing and light marking overall. Mild sunning to spine and edges. Brown water staining to all surfaces with scuffed red marking.
