Good. 11 x 8 inches (28 x 20.5 x cm), rust colored cloth with black lettering on front and spine, in several places the cloth is worn away, fading to edges. Previous owner's name in pencil on endpaper, "Louise Roberts, Arden, Delaware." Roberts was an artist who lived in Arden, an art colony founded in 1900 as a Georgist single-tax community." The single tax system is based taxes on land value, supplanting income tax and sales tax.
