Head and tail of spines rubbed and lightly chipping. Ex-libris copies with black discard mark on spine and library stamp on title pages. Both volumes edges of text block darkened with some foxing. Some appearance of past mildew on edges of text block. Endsheets age-tanned. Hinge cracking at half title page vol I, and cracking slightly at title page of vol. II. Pages lightly edge-tanned. Erratum inserted at preface. Binding solid throughout. B&W plates glossy and crisp. A unique and relatively scarce two volume set of medieval religious dramas, complete with footnotes and explications. Multivolume Sets
