Frederick Turner is a writer and poet, best known for his science fiction epic poems, 'The New World' and 'Genesis'. He has also produced a number of literary translations from Hungarian poetry as well as Chinese. Turner's poetry is associated with the New Formalism movement.In a clipped dust wrapper. This work is Turner's debut novel.A first edition, and review copy released prior to publication. Contains a loosely inserted slip detailing that it is a review copy, with publication due to be on April 30th, 1978. In the publisher's original full cloth binding with a clipped dust wrapper, with a review slip loosely inserted. Externally lovely. Dust wrapper in in excellent condition, with only slight bumping to the head of the spine. Internally firmly bound, pages are bright and clean. Fine
