The author's deftly ingenious tale of mystery, adventure, and romance set in the American Southwest. Black cloth, gilt lettering. The dustjacket has numerous scuffs, tears, chips, and edgewear that are protected in a clear book cover. The book has wear, scuffs, some soiling to the page edges and edgewear to the spine top and bottom. Pages still tight and no tears to them. Original price of $2.50 still on dj flap. From my smoke-free collection..
