William Blackwood & Son, London. 1874. William Blackwood & Son. 1874. First edition. Hardback, NO DW. 200 Illustrations on wood. Green cloth, gilt, with elaborate gilt decoration to spine and gilt and black decoration to front board. Boards are a little rubbed and worn with tail of spine slightly fraying. Bookplate to front pastedown + later ownership inscription to free endpaper, inner hinge is visible. Contents overall are clean and fresh and a few dried leaves are placed between some pages.
