First edition of Godden's doll story with Tasha Tudor's endearing illustrations. Jacket is price-clipped and has wear along all edges and a generous inch-sized chip on rear. Book is solidly bound and clean throughout. There is a child's bookplate affixed to front endpaper, mostly covered over by front jacket flap. Small 8vo. 136 pp. In protective Mylar.
