About This Item
Toronto: World Books It seems to me that black and white reruns of the television series featuring young Beattles looking men were constantly on television in the UK when I was there. It seemed enjoyable but I don't believe I ever managed to watch an episode from beginning to end, so reading it is tempting. This is a World Books reprint fromToronto, undated, but probably from sometime in the late 1960's (Richard Gordon is wearing a bow tie in his photo on the inside back panel of the jacket, and the publisher's address in "Toronto 2" predates post codes. Fos on inside cover and somewhat canted spine, light wear, navy tint to upper page edge, clean red boards with gold lettering in a black spine lozenge. Dust wrapper is of matte paper, white background with blue zodiac border. It is a bit grubby and is missing top and bottom of spine, but is very nearly complete and has done its job keeping the boards in good condition. There is also a price tag pull on the spine and one plus inch tears along the front top edge.
