Pagination matches the BiblioLife reprint by Wylie. This volume has lithographs of the laymen/clergymen foundersbeginning with Cairns and ending with Fairbairrn but apparently the two Campbells and Carment have been excised. Bios begin on p153 with Chalmers and extend to Hetherington p303 intact. Acceptable. Two cover corners rubbed. . Fair.
