Account, by its CO, of the activities of a British unit (the 25th Battalion, Middlesex Regiment) involved in the Russian Revolution, fighting against the Bolsheviks; with a weather eye on the Japanese. The author was a supporter of Admiral Kolchak and bitterly regrets his abandonment by the bickering Allies. Original American edition, later but still early printing. Hardcover, full rust cloth, black titling. Light general wear, corners rubbed, minor foxing to endsheets. Text clean; xii, [2], 17- 313 pages; index.. Later Printing. Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. 5½" by 8¼".
