The text is illustrated with black-and-white line drawings and coloured plates. Green coloured boards with gilt coloured titles to the back strip. Colour illustrated dustwrapper with yellow and white coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. The book is arranged firstly into heraldry, then genealogy, then a further section on armours and arms, and the last part of the book incorporates a number of items which do not correctly belong to one of the other three parts in the book. Softening of the back strip edges with a little rubbing of the corners. Age toning and handling marks to the text block edges and end pages. Very light age toning of the pages. Creasing of the top dustwrapper edge and to the lower back strip edge. Rubbing of the panels and there are some marks to the book panels. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 256 pages,.
