Includes short bibliography at rear. The 1976 reprint has long been out of print and copies of either the Oxford or the Octagon re-issue are almost never found in dust-jacket. No writing, marking or marginalia. Dust-jacket shows chip at upper spine and mild age toning. Cloth covers clean and square. A very fine copy in rare, near fine dust-jacket, protected by brodart cover. . First Edition. Cloth. Very Fine/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
