Both the book itself and the dust jacket have some wear at the head and tail of the spine. The dust jacket has some very small (less than 1/4th of an inch) tears at the base of the spine. (some would call chipping). 293 pages, interior of book is clean and binding is tight. Author writes like the medical insider he is. A fascinating novel!
