Illustrated by Jim Campbell, and with a special introductory note by the author. Issued as part of the publisher's First Edition Society series. One of an unspecified number in this limited edition. --- Bound in rich full brown bonded leather covers with three raised bands on spine. Spine titling, elaborate decorations to covers and spine, and textblock edges all in bright gilt and dark grey. Interior leaves printed on high-quality papers. Green silk moire endpapers, with matching sewn-in satin ribbon bookmark. Volume lacks a dust jacket (as issued). --- An about-Near Fine copy, newish and crisp, but with a hint of sunning to moire endpapers.; Octavo (8 to 9 in. tall); (12), 436 pages .
