About This Item
Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, 1977. Soft cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Used, but clean inside; one corner of flyleaf clipped. A truly formative work on organization design back in the 70s. Much that has followed builds on the foundations laid here by Khandwalla. The cutting edge of organisation theory in its day, and there's still much to learn from it.
