Purple cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine; top text block edge sprayed yellow, fore edge untrimmed. 8vo. Sun-faded spine; rubbed spine ends, cloth fraying; quite cocked. Top text block edge colour fading, remaining edges tanning and foxing. Gift inscription on front free endpaper. Gutters strained, volume loose. Internally neat and clean, barring some foxing throughout.
