Boston: Atlantic-Little, Brown, 1979. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. About Fine/Very Good. Gerry Hoover (Jacket Illustration). Black boards with title in gilt to spine, 8vo (8-1/4 inches tall), pp. 219, stated "First Edition". Jacket illustration and early author photograph on back panel by Alan Arkaway are both bright and glossy with minor rubbing. Volume with tap to one corner at head of spine and a touch of shelf wear to bottom edge. Price clipped DJ with edge wear, two tiny marks to front flap, one 1.5cm closed tear with creasing at top of rear panel and one 1cm closed tear at bottom edge of rear flap. One of only 2,500 copies from the first printing.
