FIRST EDITION OF THIS FINE RECORD OF ACHIEVEMENT, ENTHUSIASM AND FRIENDSHIPS HAPPILY REMEMBERED. The author provides many lively tales of climing and skiing in the Alps, Pyrenees, the United States and Canada, South Africa and Persia. His interesting views on technical aspects of climbing are interwoven throughout the narratives.
